About Economy Plumbing

Economy Plumbing is proud to say that we have been serving Sonoma County since 1979. We are Santa Rosa based and locally owned. We bring professionalism and experience to resolve our customer's plumbing needs. Economy Plumbing works on all plumbing issues small or large from a leaky faucet to replacing your main water or sewer lines. We are also happy to help you with remodels, as well. We service residential and commercial clients throughout the county and pride ourselves in working closely with property owners and their tenants, as well as restaurant owners and retail store managers.

 

While providing quality service we maintain competitive rates. We charge "by the hour" and we are up front with our charges and strive to keep our customers informed at all times while on a plumbing project. Our friendly and knowledgeable dispatcher will assist you in scheduling from 7:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday and our plumbers are on call after hours and weekends for emergencies.

 

Here at Economy Plumbing we understand that the event leading up to contacting a plumber is often times not very pleasant, we assure you that we will do everything we can to put your mind at ease and resolve your problems quickly and efficiently.

Susan Jensen, Owner Experience: 25+ years in the customer & services industry. 10 Years with Economy Plumbing. Responsible for all aspects of internal office operations and company management and she LOVES helping customers. "I take tremendous pride in our company. Our crew is wonderful."

Brad Hood, Owner Experience: 30+ years plumbing experience (3rd generation plumber). Since taking ownership of Economy Plumbing oversees all plumbing operations and quality assurance. "Our crew is always ready to take on challenges small and large."

Barbie Varley, Dispatcher Experience: 8+ years in the plumbing industry as a dispatcher and support staff. Barbie always answers the phone with a "smile" and a professional attitude. "This is the most honest and friendly company I have ever worked for."

Robbie Valencia, Plumber's Assistant Experience: Robbie assists all the plumbers in all aspects of plumbing. He keeps our shop in ship shape and is always ready to take on projects and learn more about the industry. "No crawl space is too small for me."

Randy Poe, Plumber Experience: Randy has been a plumber for 25+ years. Randy works on all aspects of plumbing service & repair for residential & commercial customers. Randy has been with Economy Plumbing for over 12 years. He likes a challenge and we call him the "detective" for solving mysterious plumbing issues. "Expect the unexpected and you won't be disappointed."

Nick Downs, Plumber Experience: Nick has been a plumber 5+ years. Nick works on all aspects of plumbing service & repair for our residential & commercial clients. Nick has been with Economy Plumbing for over 4 years. Nick is very motivated and hard working. There have been numerous times he has been covered head to toe in mud and never complains and keeps a smile on his face. "Don't worry, we can help."

Jason Hood, Plumber Experience: Jason has been a plumber and a part of the Economy Plumbing team for 7+ years, and is a 4th generation plumber. Jason loves a good challenge and is always willing to problem solve and takes on each project with determination. Currently, Jason has been bidding some of our projects and does so with much enthusiasm. "It is a true compliment to our company when we have long term clients that ask for us by name."

Mike DeJusto, Plumber Experience: Mike has been a plumber for 18+ years. Mike is our newest addition to the team but comes to us with a long background of experience. He has worked in all phases of plumbing and brings professionalism and quality to each job. He is very detail oriented and takes pride in his job. "Customer service is our #1 priority."

Pebbles, Sr. Shop Dog Experience: Pebbles has been an office dog for nearly 5 years due to her expertise at finding ways to escape from her yard. She loves to play fetch at all times and is happy to rest under the desk. She is quite shy but comes to life when you have a ball in your hand. "Where's the ball, let's play... woof woof."

Chelsea, Jr. Shop Dog Experience: Chelsea starting coming into the office nearly 2 years. While Pebbles and Mom left every morning she sat at the gate with a sad face, so now she comes in with her sister. Food is Chelsea's main priority in life. She will find the most comfy place to rest and is at attention when food is being prepared. She does bark but loves people. "I'm hungry, got any food?"
